I didn't receive my order, what can I do?
Products with instant delivery are sent immediately on customer's email, if you don't see your order in the inbox please check your spam. You can also receive your product from the order confirmation page via clicking "click-to-download" button under the keysender tracking number.
Custom username accounts and products without instant delivery are processed with the time frame stated at the product page. If your order has not been delivered within this time, please contact us.
My hotmail/outlook is locked, what to do?
Do not worry about text "Your account is locked", it happens due to login from different location. You must click next button, and verify your phone number. Then you will access the mailbox.
How to access the account's mailbox?
Go to firstmail.ltd or hotmail.com - in the first field put email, and in the second field put password from account details then click the blue button under.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need to have an account with us. All digital goods are sent on your email, and you can access them without registering at our site.

No, we don't store any data that you can type at our store. Those information are only visible after placing an order with us.
